Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion runs from 14 June 2010 to 5 July 2010. The prize draw will take place on 6 July 2010, the Judges reserve the right to change this date due to unforeseen circumstances and will communicate this accordingly.
2. Any one person may enter as many times as s/he likes. Completing the entry form as instructed and submitting constitutes one entry.
3. It is an optional condition of entry that participants agree to receive future correspondence from the relevant competition partner / sponsor. This could take the form of email newsletters and / or sms communications and / or loyalty programme registration documentation and / or information. Anyone can unsubscribe from these communications at any time by contacting the competition organiser or following the unsubscribe link on the communication.
4. The competition partner / sponsor adheres to and acts in accordance with Section 45 of the Electronic Transactions and Communications (ECT) Act, 25 of 2002 as a policy of operation. The competition partners / sponsors do not support the proliferation of spam or unsolicited communications. The competition partners / sponsors will not purposefully neglect to unsubscribe a person who has requested it, nor will the competition partners / sponsors trade or supply user information to third parties that are not directly involved in the campaign. The competition partners / sponsors not accept responsibility for circumstances out of its control or unforeseen systems errors which may interfere with the immediate process of unsubscribing.
5. Winners need to be 18 years or older to qualify for any of the prizes.
6. In the event that the prize winners cannot be contacted, the organisers reserve the right to disqualify this winner and replace him/her with another.
7. The winners grant permission for the use of his/her name and photographs in any advertising and promotional material, or digital media for this promotion and any other future promotions without claim to any compensation.
8. By participating in this promotion, you agree to release and hold competition partner / sponsor free of any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with this promotion or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy.
9. Mall staff directly involved in this promotion, their agents or any companies associated with the promotion and members of their immediate families, are not eligible for the prize draw.
10. The prizes are not transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The organizers also reserve the right to replace the prizes if required.
11. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
